Three winners each were declared in the competitions for established and emerging entrepreneurs. Harsha Puthussery, J. Sandhya, and Aparna P.K. were the winners in the established entrepreneurs category. 

Across the globe, initiatives are being done to get rid of plastic. People are returning to eco-friendly alternatives. Artist and former IT professional Harsha Puthussery's business Iraa Loom utilises this opportunity. The 28-year-old entrepreneur is making innovative products from natural materials such as paper, bamboo, cotton, and jute.

Harsha Puthusserry, a driven and multi-talented individual, embarked on a remarkable journey from being an accomplished IT professional to become the esteemed founder and managing director of Iraah Loom International Pvt Ltd in 2019. After obtaining her degree in biotechnology and biochemical engineering from Mohandas College of Engineering and Technology in 2015, Harsha honed her skills through various corporate roles across different companies and locations until 2019.

2019ലാണ് ജോലി ഉപേക്ഷിച്ച് സ്വന്തം സംരംഭമെന്ന സ്വപ്നത്തിലേക്ക് കാലെടുത്തുവെച്ചത്. സഹോദരൻ നിതിൻ രാജിനെയും കൂട്ടുപിടിച്ചു. കോട്ടൺ, ജ്യൂട്ട്, ബാംബൂ, ചിരട്ട, പേപ്പർ തുടങ്ങിയ കൊണ്ടുള്ള ബദൽ ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങളിലായിരുന്നു തുടക്കം. ഏറെ അന്വേഷിച്ചാണ് ഭൂമിയിലേക്ക് മടക്കമെന്ന അർത്ഥത്തിൽ ഐറലൂം എന്ന പേര് സ്വീകരിച്ചത്.
